About Our Physician

Dr.
Charles U. Gbadouwey, MD, FCCP is our current pulmonary, critical care,
and sleep medicine physician. He was born in Liberia; attended and
graduated from the AM Dogliotti College of Medicine, University of
Liberia in May, 1989. He completed internal medicine residency training
at the Polyclinic Medical Center in Harrisburg, PA. He also completed a
year of anesthesiology residency training at the Maimonides Medical
Center in Brooklyn, New York. He was awarded fellowship training in
pulmonary/critical care medicine at the Louisiana State University, New
Orleans, Louisiana. He successfully completed pulmonary/critical care
medicine training at Louisiana State University in June, 2003. He
matriculated to the Lahey Clinic, Burlington, Massachusetts and
completed an additional fellowship training in Sleep Medicine, in June
2004. He is currently board certified by the American Board of Internal
Medicine in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care
Medicine.
